Airport Lounge Food & Beverage Supervisor Join our team at the Delta Sky Club, where hospitality meets luxury. We’re seeking a polished and service‑driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to help lead daily operations in one of the most premium airport lounges in the country. Base pay range $18.00/hr – $18.00/hr Location Jacksonville International Airport, 2400 Yankee Clipper Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218 What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of front‑ and back‑of‑house employees, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail. Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including buffet service, cleanliness, inventory, and guest satisfaction. Train, guide, and motivate team members to uphold service, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP, allergy protocols, etc.). Support scheduling, shift coverage, and hands‑on service as needed. Foster a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally. Assist with onboarding and continued training for staff. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of supervisory experience in hospitality or food service; fine dining or premium environment preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high‑traffic settings. Knowledge of food safety standards and operational best practices. Tech‑savvy and comfortable using basic computer systems. Flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to pass all airport security/background checks.
