About the Role

As a New Pool Sales Designer , you’ll help clients bring their dream backyard to life. From the first consultation through design, presentation, and closing, you’ll guide homeowners through a seamless and inspiring journey. This is a role for someone with strong design sensibilities, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering extraordinary client experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients.
• Create innovative pool and outdoor living designs tailored to client visions.
• Develop pricing proposals and prepare engaging presentation materials.
• Present proposed designs to clients—in-office or at their home.
• Build and maintain relationships with related businesses (landscapers, builders, etc.) to foster referral opportunities.
• Represent Claffey Pools at marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
• Utilize design and CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics, NAV, Pool Studios, 3D Design, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
• Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress toward goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 5 + years of proven B2C sales success in the pool industry.
• Strong knowledge of the construction process.
• Strong people skills, polished presentation ability, and a client-first mindset.
• Ability to visualize and communicate finished construction projects.
• Professionalism, honesty, and a relationship-building approach.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems a plus.
• Degree preferred but not required.
