Responsibilities Create and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts for diverse applications. Conduct thorough manual testing and document results to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to review and refine test plans and cases. Promptly identify and escalate potential quality issues to management. Contribute to software quality improvements for web and mobile platforms. Skills Proven experience in testing customer‑facing applications with a solid grasp of IT processes. Proficient in using testing tools like qTest and JIRA for bug tracking and validation. Fluency in Spanish for effective communication in a bilingual environment. Strong analytical skills to explore and understand business and functional specifications. Preferred Skills Experience in automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TOSCA. Knowledge of SQL and experience in ETL testing. Ability to develop test automation frameworks from the ground up. Familiarity with the latest trends in software testing and quality assurance.
